Autopilot Leadership Lab (ALLab) was established in 2016. ALLab is devoted to exploring the Autopilot Leadership Model™ and related tools, which represent the synergy between traditional Eastern leadership wisdom and modern Western management methods. It assists the management in mastering leadership skills and creating their own distinct corporate culture, eventually shaping them to become the ‘Invisible Leader” – the top leader as described by Lao Zi’s Dao De Jing.
