On 10 March, the 3.15 Symposium on CSR and Consumer Protection of Direct Selling Companies, jointly organized by China Consumer News and ccn.com.cn, was held in Beijing, Over 80 representatives from 38 direct selling companies in China were invited to the symposium. Mr. Harry Yeung, Senior Vice President of LKKHPG, addressed a keynote speech at the symposium on behalf of Infinitus (China).

Focusing on the theme of "Quality, Innovation, Responsibility", Mr. Li Yuzhu, Deputy Director of Antimonopoly and Anti-unfair Competition Enforcement Bureau of SAIC, reviewed what SAIC has done with the direct selling industry as well as the problems of direct selling market in the past year. Afterwards he set forth the key points of supervision of direct selling industry this year. Finally he put forward specific requirements that direct selling companies should fulfill their responsibilities in protecting consumers' rights.

Mr. Harry Yeung, pointed out in his speech that an evergreen business stems from "product quality, innovative thinking and social responsibility". Such consensus will facilitate direct selling companies to ensure product quality and safety to protect consumers' rights in the "New Normal" era, to carry out innovative ideas to roll out new technology and new products, to undertake philanthropic activities to build a harmonious society.

Other participants agreed that quality, creativity and responsibility are momentum and foundation for enterprises. Only by valuing product quality, fulfilling social responsibility and protecting consumers' rights, could direct selling companies achieve a sustainable development and acquire more achievements. Ultimately a win-win situation among enterprise, consumer and society could be realized.

It is the fourth year for Infinitus (China) to participate in the Symposium and deliver keynote speeches since 2012, which reflects that Infinitus, as an important member of direct selling companies, has played a leading role in building direct selling industry’s reputation which will propel the healthy development of direct selling industry.
