LKK HEALTH PRODUCTS GROUP
Established in 1992, LKK Health Products Group (LKKHPG) is headquartered in Hong Kong, China and has around 4,000 employees worldwide. The Group began as a Chinese herbal health products business across China, before actively expanding overseas markets. Continuous growth and expansion saw the Group extend its business to traditional Chinese medicine plantation management and sales, further consolidating its leading role in the Chinese herbal health products industry. Embracing the spirit of “Constant Entrepreneurship”, the Group has developed a diverse business portfolio, including property investment and venture capital across the world.
LKKHPG’s unique corporate culture, “Autopilot Leadership Model”, is one of the pillars that underpin its success. In recent years, the Group has advocated this model by offering corporate culture consultancy services to assist corporations in establishing its own corporate culture. It also launched Project Heha, a movement to co-create a happier world, to bring collective benefit to society.

1992
Mr. Lee Man Tat, Chairman of LKK Group, signed a joint venture agreement with Prof. Zhao Yunhong, the then President of First Military Medical University, to establish Guangdong Nanfang Lee Kum Kee Health Products Co. Ltd. (later renamed as Infinitus (China) Co. Ltd., or “Infinitus”) and enter the Chinese herbal medicine industry

1992
LKK Health Products Group (“the Group”) was founded

1996
The Group established the Hong Kong Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Centre to study the active ingredients in Chinese herbal medicines through scientific methods

1997
The Group made donation for building the first Infinitus Hope Primary School in Guangxi, China

2001
Infinitus formulated the “First-five Year Plan” aiming to develop Chinese herbal health products, emphasize customers and company as one, establish modern high-efficiency sales network, and raise the health and living standard of people

2005
Based on the theme “Full Speed Ahead to the Future”, the “Second-five Year Plan” was formulated with the mission to establish unique corporate culture and health concept

The opening of the Infinitus Xinhui Production Base where Infinitus Health Maintenance Experience Center was set up

Infinitus received the “China Quality Award” and “China User Satisfaction Award” presented by China Association for Quality

Mr. Sammy Lee, Group Chairman, published Power of Si Li Ji Ren, to advocate the core value and management philosophy of the Group

Infinitus was honored with the “China Charity Award-the Most Caring Foreign Enterprise 2006” by China’s Ministry of Civil Affairs

Infinitus donated over RMB16.8 million to aid earthquake victims in Wenchuan, Sichuan

Launch of the “Mission Upgrading and Global Branding” strategy to align the name of the Company, business and products as “Infinitus” and also announce entering the first batch of overseas markets

The Group acquired several floors of a commercial building located at Zhujiang New Town in the CBD of Guangzhou. The property was named Infinitus Centre which became the headquarters of Infinitus (China)

The Group acquired a Grade-A office building in Sheung Wan CBD as its headquarters in Hong Kong, and named it Infinitus Plaza

In alignment with the strategy of globalization, the Group unveiled a brand new logo that reflects modern simplicity

Infinitus’ first batch of overseas markets – Hong Kong, Taiwan and Malaysia, came into operation

Two books on corporate culture, Power of Si Li Ji Ren (Latest Edition) and Autopilot Leadership Model, written by Mr. Sammy Lee, the Group Chairman, were published. The former further elaborated the principles of Si Li Ji Ren, while the latter introduced the leadership model of the Group
